Forms used in state and private schools

Historically, the term “firstform” refers to the first year of a senior school. However, younger children attend senior schools, too. The same form number may refer to children in the first, third, sixth, and seventh years of senior school. In some cases, the same form number may differentiate two year groups, such as the lower and upper sixth. In other cases, the name of a form is different for children in different years, such as the first and second year of the sixth form.

Problems with zeolite infill
